Environmental Labelling of Packaging and Instructions for Proper Disposal

Agri Parts pays particular attention to the proper management of the packaging used to prepare and ship orders.

This page lists the materials that may be present in our packaging, together with their identification codes, composition and instructions for proper disposal through separate waste collection.

Packaging composition may vary depending on the product, its dimensions and the shipping method: not all the materials listed below are necessarily present in every order.

Material identification codes are provided in accordance with the identification system established for environmental labelling of packaging, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 152/2006, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 116/2020, which transposes Directive (EU) 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste.

Paper and Cardboard
PAP20 - Corrugated cardboard	Used for: corrugated cardboard boxes and components/dividers.	Composition: corrugated cardboard. Disposal: PAPER Flatten the packaging before disposal, whenever possible.
PAP22 - Paper	Used for: paper-based tags and adhesive labels.	Composition: paper. Disposal: PAPER, when the component can be manually separated from the main packaging. If the label is permanently attached and cannot be manually separated, dispose of the packaging according to the instructions applicable to the material of the main body.

Plastic
PET 1 - Polyethylene Terephthalate	Used for: strapping and tags/labels made from PET plastic film.	Composition: polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Disposal: PLASTIC Separate the strapping from the packaging before disposal.
HDPE 2 - High-Density Polyethylene	Used for: tags and labels made from HDPE plastic film.	Composition: high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Disposal: PLASTIC, when manually separable from the main packaging.
PVC 3 - Polyvinyl Chloride	Used for: tags and labels made from PVC plastic film.	Composition: polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Disposal: PLASTIC, when manually separable from the main packaging.
LDPE 4 - Low-Density Polyethylene	Used for: stretch film and hand-applied packaging film, protective tubular netting, plastic bags, bubble wrap/air-bubble film, and tags and labels made from LDPE film.	Composition: low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Disposal: PLASTIC. Separate the material from the main packaging before disposal, whenever possible.
PP 5 - Polypropylene	Used for: tags and labels made from PP plastic film.	Composition: polypropylene (PP). Disposal: PLASTIC, when manually separable from the main packaging.
7 OTHER - Other Plastic Materials	Used for: AIRCAPCH ES3 RT protective packaging material containing at least 50% recycled material.	Composition: plastic material classified by the manufacturer under category OTHER 7. Disposal: PLASTIC. Always check your local municipality's regulations for proper disposal.

Metal
FE 40 - Steel	Used for: metal staples used in packaging.	Composition: steel / ferrous metal. Disposal: If the staple can be manually separated, dispose of it with METAL waste in accordance with local regulations. If it is an accessory component that cannot be manually separated from the main packaging, it does not need to be removed: dispose of the entire packaging according to the instructions applicable to the material of the main body.

Wood
FOR 50 - Wood	Used for: wooden packaging and packaging components.	Composition: wood. Disposal: For wooden packaging whose dimensions are not compatible with standard household waste collection, check the procedures established by your local municipality and, where applicable, take it to a municipal collection centre or recycling facility.

How to Separate Packaging Correctly

When packaging consists of several components that can be manually separated, separate the different parts and dispose of each in the appropriate waste collection stream according to the material indicated.
Accessory components that cannot be manually separated, such as certain adhesive labels or metal staples, may be disposed of together with the main body of the packaging.
Always check your local municipality's regulations. Waste collection procedures may vary from one municipality to another.
