Agri Parts provides simple procedures for handling returns and warranty claims. These services are designed to allow replacement or return of products in compliance with the conditions set. Below are the steps to follow and all useful information regarding returns and warranties. |

Please read the following sections carefully for more details. 1. WarrantyProducts sold by Agripartsitaly.com are covered by a warranty against product non-conformity. The warranty periods are indicated in the table below:
The warranty starts from the delivery date and covers products used and maintained according to standard usage instructions. In case of non-conformity, it is possible to file a claim and request either a return of the goods or a replacement. 1.1 Types of Non-ConformityImmediately detectable non-conformities:

Please carefully check the packaging integrity, number of parcels, and conformity of the received goods upon delivery.
In case of damaged packaging or incorrect quantity, the customer may:
- Refuse delivery (only if the package has not been opened); the return will be sent back to Agri Parts;
- Accept delivery with reservation and file a claim.
If the quantity received is less than ordered, Agri Parts will arrange a new shipment at its own expense. If the product is unavailable, a refund or digital store credit will be offered via the user profile.
Claims cannot be submitted after the warranty period indicated in section 1 has expired.
1.3 Returning Goods Under Warranty
If Agri Parts is responsible for product non-conformity, it is possible to return or replace the goods.
Return shipping costs are covered by Agri Parts, which will provide all necessary documentation for the return and, where possible, arrange pickup.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received. It must be shipped in suitable packaging to protect it during transport. To facilitate warehouse procedures and expedite the refund/replacement, please include the return form inside the package, downloadable here.
Upon receipt, Agri Parts will perform a quality check to confirm non-conformity.
According to agreements with the customer, Agri Parts will proceed with:
- Replacement of the goods;
- Refund (as described in section 3);
- Issuance of a digital store credit usable through the user profile.
In case of replacement, no new order is necessary. If the replacement product is not immediately available, a refund or digital store credit will be offered. Agri Parts will ship the replacement product at its own expense as soon as it becomes available.
2. Returns Under the Right of Withdrawal
Private consumers and professionals with a valid VAT number may return goods for reasons other than those indicated above within 14 days of delivery, after notifying via email using the contact form here.
In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The package must be sent via trackable shipping to:

Once received at the facility, Agri Parts will verify the integrity and conformity of the goods and then proceed with the refund (as described in section 3) or issuance of digital store credit usable via the user profile.
If the shipment is untraceable and the package is not received, Agri Parts may not be able to process the refund request.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the order and can be full or partial, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are valid for all available payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Nexi / XPay), Satispay, and bank transfer.
Note: Any welcome credits or discounts applied via promotional code are non-refundable.
