The shipment of goods is made within 1 business day after receiving full payment for the order. Product availability is indicated on the product page and in the online Order Request. In the case of products with different availability, the items in stock will be shipped immediately; the remaining items will be dispatched as soon as the product with the longer lead time becomes available.


Shipping Information

The thresholds for free shipping are intended net of VAT.
The indicated delivery times are expressed in working days. Agri Parts is not responsible for any delays caused by the couriers. Non-standard or oversized packages may require longer delivery times than those shown in the table.

Customers residing in Italy can choose to pick up their goods directly at our headquarters at no additional cost. The On-Site Pickup option can be selected directly in the shopping cart.

Home Delivery

All shipments are carried out using tracked services. For deliveries within Italy and Europe, we use BRT/DPD, GLS, FedEx, Rhenus Logistics, Transtir, and B&T.
Shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, and minimum order values are shown in the tables above, along with average delivery times.
When the courier collects the goods, the carrier’s name and tracking number will be available in the Invoices section of your Profile.
For non-standard packages, in terms of volume and/or weight, delivery times may vary.

Express Service: 1 to 3 days, available only on request with additional charges depending on the area. For quotes, please send an email here.

Note: The indicated delivery times do not include delays caused by events beyond Agri Parts’ control, such as holidays, traffic restrictions, or force majeure.


Missed Delivery on First Attempt

Italiy

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make two additional attempts on subsequent days.
After the third failed attempt, the goods will be held in storage for a maximum of 10 days.
After this period, the goods will be returned to Agri Parts, and costs will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If goods are in storage, you can:
- Provide a new shipping address
- Arrange delivery directly with the courier
- Pick up the goods at the storage location

Europe

On average, two delivery attempts are made. For each failed attempt, the courier will leave a notice or contact the recipient by phone. In some countries, after the first attempt, the package may be left at a Parcel Shop or the nearest pickup point.
After failed attempts, goods will remain in storage for a maximum of 7 days.
It is possible to request a new delivery or pick up the goods from storage. If no instructions are provided, the goods will be returned to Agri Parts, and costs will be applied according to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Delivery of Goods

Upon delivery, it is recommended to check the number of packages and inspect the packaging for integrity. In case of anomalies (missing packages, visible damage, or non-compliant packaging), they must be reported immediately to the courier and Agri Parts should be informed promptly.

Important Information Before Checkout

- Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number are correct: once the courier has picked up the order, they cannot be changed.
- You may provide a shipping address different from the billing address or from previous orders; however, delivery to a country other than the one selected during registration is not allowed.
- Before proceeding with payment, you can add any delivery notes.
