2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The purpose of this policy is to explain the purposes and methods of use of the personal data collected through this website, thereby enabling you to make informed choices. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

In such cases, the legal basis for the processing is the adoption of pre-contractual measures requested by the user or the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In this case, the legal basis is the express consent provided by the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may exercise your right to object (Article 21 GDPR) to the receipt of the email inviting you to complete the survey by contacting us at the address indicated in section 1 of this privacy policy. The email containing an invitation to complete surveys may be sent directly by Agri Parts or through the support of specialised companies, which process data on our behalf and have been appointed as external Data Processors (Article 28 GDPR).
3. Nature of personal data
The data collected and processed within the Agri Parts website falls into the following categories:

4. Processing methods and scope of data circulation
Agri Parts will process your data with the utmost care and respect. The data collected will be processed using manual or electronic tools, with appropriate security measures in place to safeguard confidentiality and to prevent risks of loss or destruction, unauthorised access, or processing that is not permitted or not in line with the purposes outlined above, thereby ensuring that the services requested by the user are carried out efficiently. Based on the data received, Agri Parts will update any communications and changes provided by you in order to ensure the accuracy of your data. The processing will be carried out by persons authorised by the Data Controller to process personal data for the achievement of the purposes listed above, who have been duly instructed and informed of the constraints imposed by the applicable legislation on personal data protection and who are bound to the Data Controller by a confidentiality agreement. Furthermore, your data will be made accessible only to those members of staff who require it in order to properly carry out the purposes indicated above. Your data will not be processed outside the European Union.
5. Disclosure of data
The data will be disclosed:
- to persons authorised to process data, acting under the direct authority of the Data Controller, who have been appropriately trained;
- to companies, consultants, or third parties acting as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the aforementioned Regulation, for the provision of services necessary for the use of Agri Parts' e-commerce websites and for the performance of the contract concluded by the user with the company, such as data collection and storage activities, management of contractual obligations, as well as the provision of digital and marketing services;
- to companies, consultants or third parties acting as independent Data Controllers to whom the data must be communicated in order to execute the contract to which the data subject is a party, such as credit institutions and payment platform operators (e.g., Satispay, PayPal, Nexi).

6. Dissemination of personal data
Your personal data will not be published, disclosed, or made available to unspecified third parties. Your data may be disclosed to the competent authorities, in accordance with the law.
7. Retention of personal data
In accordance with Article 5(1)(c) of the Regulation, the information systems and software programs used by Agri Parts are configured so as to minimise the use of personal and identifying data; such data will be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy. The data will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes actually pursued and, in any event, the criterion used to determine the retention period is based on compliance with the time limits permitted by applicable laws and with the principles of data minimisation and storage limitation. The personal data processed to allow you to access, through your personal account, the services reserved for registered users – as referred to in point 2(a) of this privacy notice – will be retained until notification of the deactivation of the personal account. The personal data collected for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party – as referred to in points 2(b) and 2(c) of this privacy notice – will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and, following its full performance, for a period of 10 years. The personal data processed by Agri Parts for the purpose referred to in point 2(d) of this privacy policy will be processed for the time necessary to allow the Data Controller to respond to the requests received following completion of the contact form. The personal data processed for the purposes referred to in points (e) and (g) will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes; the email address and personal details will be subject to the same retention period as the data collected for the performance of the contract entered into by you with Agri Parts. Where data is processed on the basis of your consent, as indicated above, the data will be processed by the Data Controller from the moment the consent is obtained from the data subject and until such consent is withdrawn, if applicable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by the Data Controller before the withdrawal.
8. Rights of the data subjects
We guarantee that your rights in the field of personal data protection will be respected. In line with the provisions of the GDPR, in relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for:
- Access: you can ask for confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you is being processed and access to personal data and information relating to it, which must be verified within 30 days
- Correction: you may request to correct or supplement the data you have provided, if inaccurate or incomplete
- Cancellation: you can request that your data be deleted, if it is no longer necessary for our purposes, in the event of withdrawal of consent or opposition to processing, in the event of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to cancel or if it refers to persons under the age of sixteen
- Restriction of processing: you may request that your data be processed solely for storage purposes, excluding any other processing, for the period necessary to rectify your data; in the event of unlawful processing where you object to erasure; where you need to exercise your rights in judicial proceedings and the data retained by the Data Controller may be useful to you; and, finally, where you have objected to the processing and a verification is ongoing as to whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override your own
- Right to object: you may object at any time to the processing of your data, unless there are legitimate grounds of the Data Controller for carrying out the processing that override your own, for example for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims
- Data portability: you may request to receive your data, or to have it transmitted to another data controller designated by you, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format
- Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent to the use of cookies (Cookie Policy) at any time, since in this case it constitutes the basis of the processing. The withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
